Not sure where you are coming from but it's easy training. I have since left but before I left I believe it was 2 weeks ground schools. Systems, indoc, security, the fun stuff. Then you head to Houston I believe where the full motion sim is. When I went through it was a week, it was 4 sim sessions and a loft. There's one engine so it's limited to the amount of things you can do.. If you have the ability to aviate, navigate and communicate you should be ok.. Read the qrh and make a desicion. You now take your check ride in the sim and that's changed since I have been there, because we used to do them on the airplane. Depending on which CA you get they are all a little different. After that you go to survival systems then IOE.
