Its going to cause exactly NO changes. The existence of the training center either way has no baring on the staffing of a base. The only change that might be seen is instructors coming back to the line in IAH instead of following the job to DEN.
That's exactly what I'm referring to. Some have said (even IAH instructors), that all may have to re-interview for the DEN instructor positions and that the animosity between the different groups may cause too many issues in either getting the new position or simply that they don't won't to deal with it.
Not sure if this is only how a few see it or not.
