Pay, flow, movement, benefits. That's what will attract new hires, and in that order. Mesa, PSA, republic, etc. all have deals to get more airplanes, but unless major changes come, they won't be able to staff them. Just my .02!
I agree with this. The airlines that can staff are the airlines that will survive. And competitive compensation is what is going to keep them staffed.
