Just announced, that XJT will be keeping 20 ERJ145's that were suppose to come offline, with new CBA's. They expect to be flying E145's past 2019 now.
As for Delta, they are in the process of negotiating new rates, or additional flying.
As long as they can continue to find pilots to replace the ones that leave. Same goes for all the regionals out there. All CBA's are subject to completion %'s and can be cancelled if they don't meet them. Just keeping it real.
