Go ahead and vote yes..get ur 13%, and your loa fix, but hopefully this won't lead to furloughs. You and I both know that mgt has had a hard on for us pilots forever! Does a pig in lipstick ring a bell?
Having worked for SkyWest rates on furlough deuce, I can unequivocally tell you that you're incorrect. We were started at second year pay of $31/hr. Based on current SkyWest pay rates, that's now $38/hr.

A HUGE point of scope choke was to get the company to buy a SNB aircraft of a smaller gauge than the 319/737-500. And now some want to pizz away the opportunity so that a SNB Captain can be paid at a higher rate than a WB FO? The only way that's feasible is to significantly compress the entire pay scale and I don't think many would be happy with that outcome.
