Even further than that...
That's yr 20 Skywest which encompasses a pretty tiny group.
I suppose you could use UAL yr 6CA at almost 180 and yr 2 FO at 90+ (i.e., more than SKY yr 10 CA at 89 if I read it right, plus factor their FO rates as mentioned above), plus 16% and have much more realistic numbers.
Either way, keep the jobs at the major for every reason under the sun!
