If they inked a deal for cs300,and at 250ish an hour that would seem to me to be a change in my vote. Please tell me why a wb f/o is making more than a CAPTAIN on this probable 195/e2 ***,whatever you call it? Also, since there is an *, you know the company lawyers are gonna call them something different than they are=subject to more outsourcing.
Go ahead and vote yes..get ur 13%, and your loa fix, but hopefully this won't lead to furloughs. You and I both know that mgt has had a hard on for us pilots forever! Does a pig in lipstick ring a bell?
$195/hr. Skywest Rates? HAHAHAHA. Skywest pays $117/hr top rate. Delta has the E190s in their pay scales..$139/hr. Jetblue..$182. We top them all with this TA! Ace of Base.
The CS300 is already in the TA. Have you even looked at the TA?
The * says "includes the E2 variant". Big Deal. It is placed next to the E190 and E195. It means that the pay rate is the same for the E190/195 as the 190-E2/195-E2, their new variants. Again...have you actually read the TA or are you just going by cockpit blather?
Still don't see how this leads to furloughs. We buy em, we fly em. If they buy a NSNB, as defined by the UPA, they can get more 76 seaters, but UAX block hour ratios DECREASE, they do not increase...see page 4 of the UPA. This TA does not change that.
And this ain't the military, Sir. An FO can make more than a Captain. Rates are based on aircraft gross weight. Not rank. Our C2000 had FO rates greater than Captain rates.
Man. Click on this link and start watching/reading. Please don't be a clueless voter.
