Lol, the fdx life isn't for everyone. In fact we have a 320 capt who quit fdx to come to JBU years ago. Everyone thought he was nuts, but he's happy. Some guys don't wanna fly 6 leg days on a 737 and have a 20 yr upgrade at SWA... Personally for me, UAL couldn't pay me enough to work there and the aa usa thing is a toxic work environment. I had my stuff in the DAL for years but the phone never rang. If they called today, I'd have a hard time going but it'd be a serious decision. Better isn't all about pay scale.

As for the new guys I agree, you'd be a fool not to have apps out everywhere. Take your pick given the opportunity, but better really is relative.
