I thought it stopped last fall because we had so many CA that were waiting for IOE. But they didn't seem to mind because while they were waiting, they were able to pickup FO time for CA pay. Way better than paying 150% for open time. [/sarcasm]

I'm sure the 11/23 class was just delayed with the holidays. And they have some idea of the level of attrition they will have this month. End of the month is going to get ugly I fear.
