Everyone has been awesome, no complaints here at all.
There a few guys with really bad attitudes toward MAPD on the line. However most of the rest of us are initially wary or suspicious of MAPD folks because they have SO much to learn. Even that's OK, we can teach 'em, but the real heartache comes with a few 300 hour boys (or girls) who have serious attitudes. This is invariably due to youth and having never had to pay for anything themselves. Older folks and people who paid for it on their own are usually just fine.
But please don't buy into JO's philosophy of life right away...suspend your judgement until you've been on line for a year...then you'll KNOW....
