The flying the easy part, I worry a little about taxiing, esp. PHKL and CLT. The release isn't that different from an AF IM package. The biggest worry I have is will I know the right seat stuff well enough to be able to monitor a total noob FO from the left seat. I am waiting to see how junior the jet goes, I would prefer that to the dash.
The jet is going to go junior...once we get going Feb 11th...the first 20 tail numbers are known and as far as we staff them we will be drowning in 145s.
