I went through the phone screening last month. It was a conference call with HR and a line captain. Basically, they asked me to grab a copy of my resume and asked questions about my previous positions- and about a lapse in my employment history. They wanted to know everything I knew about Allegiant, as well as "Why Allegiant and not Jet Blue". Overall, it was about 20 minutes long and left me with a positive feel for the company,
