What REALLY sucks coming from the RJ world is that United CHOOSES to make everything about express flying worse.
-No jetbridge
-No snacks
-Small boarding areas
-No ramps
-Boarding through a fire escape!

Always made me mad when flying an RJ. The passengers bought a ticket on United, they should get good service. Hopefully the 50/66/70 seat RJ flying that sticks around gets some improvement... Back to the C-Series vs. E2 topic!
