Well, the book says ISA+35 at sea level, but since we don't take off or land anywhere below sea level, the max is 50 C. Then the peckerwood made me do a a complete flight plan from MEM to SHV and the only thing he gave me was city pair, # pax, cargo and that I needed an alternate. I had to figure everything including performance data.
Training was much better when I left.
