The training contract issue has been beaten into the ground. Frontier threatens it, but doesn't actually use it. They have been talking about it for years, and still don't make anyone sign it.

In regard to the immediate termination thing, I know it did happen to one guy, but that was a while ago. I don't know if that is still going on. Either way, if you are leaving frontier for one of the big three, who cares?? If you get a class date at Delta and frontier lets you go when you give your two week notice, then just enjoy your time off before ground school.
