Follow the contingency procedures for EFB failure (as described in paragraph 5.1.4 on page 44 of the EFB manual) to download the bid package from the comply365 site using your safari browser. Your login to comply365 is your RA userid and password.
Once you get the bid package or manual on the safari browser you can then use normal iPad procedures to print the document or open in a PDF reader, etc...
