On another note:

If the intent is to create loyalty by hiring guys with zero time I believe they find the opposite to be true. Surely there will examples to make whatever case you want, but why not give the opportunities to people that have been working hard, updating their application for years and completely redoing it every time it gets dumped, attending job fairs.

just about anything you're looking for is in here... i think. as far as good or bad, in the last year since the old ceo announced departure, our stock nearly trippled then sank back about 25%. So pretty good I'd say.
