I interviewed with Lynx back in February and never heard even a yes or no from them. Four others that interviewed with them that day never heard from them either. 1st year pay was also pretty low for captains considering the equipment. Personally, I was not to immpressed with the operation.
I am sorry to hear that. Unfortunately Jan-Feb was when everything was just starting up and HR wasn't totally established - growing pains... Even the office building was just being moved into and setup. Some people fell through the cracks
. The HR staff quickly reorganized and it is no longer an issue.
Pilots that are interviewed will hear results within 7-10 days or sooner.
Due to the amount of resumes/letters received, I am told that there is no followup other than an interview invitation. So resubmit / update every 120 days.
