There is apparently a grievance filed over using the ground instructors for "flight instriction". The company is defining flight instruction differently than Alpa. Why the MEC hasn't communicated this to the group is beyond me.

The meeting on the 14th is said to be to set the course for negotiations going forward. I did not understand it to be a meeting to actually negotiate anything. It's essentially a meeting about a meeting.
