I can only assume all the people that are willing to defend this company are a bunch of management trolls trying to combat and fight the overwhelmingly negative experience the majority of the pilot group has to deal with on a day to day basis. They fired at least 5 captains in the last month, and they're bringing the hammer down on anybody that's been here more than a couple of years. Management doesn't want anybody with longevity here. Because we are troublemakers they want a bunch of fresh-faced, naive, fly for free, non-family, limp-d!@#ed mediocre aviators to give them rim jobs at the drop of a hat for the greatness of AAG.
