I didn't attend, however my boyfriend did so I will tell you his experience. After the fair he got on a plane flew back to DC, he had the email for the assessment before he got off the plane. Took the test and on Monday they called for a phone interview and right after asked him to come to Miami on the 20th. Super quick from what I understand how airlines work.
