Tough choice... look at the commute also.

You're a northeast guy and that's where you want to live so that's clearly a quality of life issue for you.

Commuting can be a pain in the arse or it can be simple and straightforward. Simple and straightforward is less stressful and has less impact on QOL. If you're going to commute for the rest of your working days as an airline pilot then the commute needs to be in the equation.
