You won't do 30 yrs of hub turns. You'd have to be lucky to get hired at 35 to retire at 65 and you wouldn't hub turn for all that time. No FA's, no pax, no terminals to walk through. Look up, "Living the Dream" on You Tube if you want to get a glimpse of flying.
And total BS on the night freight life expectancy, you can work your schedule to not hub turn your whole life.
