How many major airline training programs have you reviewed?


It's interesting talking with military guys that go the regional route awaiting a call from the majors. The guys I've spoken with speak highly of the training programs they went through. So I'm curious as to which companies you've identified as under performers, and why? And which training programs do you think have gotten better at the majors?

And if the training is better at the majors why did the DOT IG just say the training, across the industry, isn't good enough?
