On the Airbus side CLT isn't impossible to get IF there are openings and you are willing to accept short call. In 2013-early 2014 CLT had the most openings and Airways hired 250-260 guys that year alone, almost all of which went to CLT and either lived in the SE or moved there it seems. Guys who want CLT, just remember that. You're going to be behind 300-400 guys in the base who are young who aren't going anywhere for 35 years.

PHL and DCA swap positions for junior base and block holder. Last year I was a couple spots away from a primary block in Philly yet couldn't touch that in DCA, long call if I was lucky.

As far as wide bodies go, IIRC the junior 330 spot was a 2012 hire in PHL but in CLT it was a '99.

The 75 was a little better in CLT but not much and in PHL it's actually going to new hires and if you want it after a year and don't mind short call or bottom long call it can be yours too if there are openings. The pay difference just isn't that great off the Baby Bus to make any appreciable difference to me, top it off with the limited destinations you have on the airplane and for the same reason the 190CA slots are also junior.
