All parties know and choose nothing for education. Safety committee is on it but the company is marginalizing it and my guess is the Alpa lawyers are preventing some type of communication for whatever reason while the events get investigated. The FAA is certainly aware because ICAO is. Again, they choose to not educate thus far.
