Shirts you can get online, everyones are superior. However, your aftermarket shirts will not have the "vortex generator" collars and if you're not a careful eater, you'll lose little tidbits as they fly off. Plus, it will be harder to recognize you as a UA pilot from a distance if your collar lies flat. This may be an important consideration for you. You know, esprit de corps and all that.
Haggar sells a pair of slacks that are just about exact. No one would know unless they were far too close and had a pair of originals in their hand. And unless that person is a comely lass, that's too close for comfort. I forget the color code, but they are very nice for half the price and comfortable. Check Amazon.
Two options on the jacket: Skip it and waste a ton of money on a leather jacket or spend about $150 and get a nice wool / cashmere blend top coat. You'll look more professional if you do. (Flame away gents!!
) Plus, you won't look like a pilot when you dash into bars on your overnights while wearing it. Yes I have seen guys with their leather coats, with wings, in bars. Wow. Their sneakers really set off the ensemble.
The overcoat (raincoat) will go in an instant on eBay if its still in the plastic and will help offset the purchase of nicer shirts and slacks & coat.
