Many retirement eligible guys were waiting to see if the retirement would improve before making the jump. We just signed a contract that gives a bonus for those giving a years notice and retiring on Dec 31. I have no idea how many put in their notice, but it's a one time deal. If you change your mind, you aren't eligible for the money again. So I think most of those that put in notice will actually retire.

I have no idea what the real number is. I doubt it was 500, but I suppose it's possible. If I had to guess I'd say about 300, but it's just a guess. I will say the company is really ramping up hiring.
