Well blast emails from company and union finally didn't contradict each other and seemed positive. Hopefully we got something look at and vote on soon. I'm hearing RUMOR of $40/hr 1st year pay. Anyone else hearing anything?
If we don't get at least $40/hr first year pay, we'll be shooting ourselves in the foot as far as being able to attract new pilots. I personally think $40/hr plus 30% for FO's and 20% for CA is reasonable. That would still put us below Delta's rates on the CRJ 900, but would be very meaningful as far as creating a place people want to come and work. Won't happen, but I think it's reasonable.
