Yep. They should be coming about every two months. Once you are awarded a new base or position, the company has up to 6 months to convert you to the new position. The people that get a new position on the AE are not guaranteed to be in their new position until Aug 1st, but could happen as soon as Jan 31st (first day of Feb bid month).
