As far as bidding for a new base while in indoc? You can theoretically put a bid in as soon as you are on property. The only problem that the 1/19 indoc class will have is that is the day the AE closes and they probably won't be able to access iCrew in order to put a bid in.

For the posting of conversion dates there is an established method, I'm just not sure what it is. Perhaps a more seasoned guy/gal can chime in.
