I won't be here for the next TA but hopefully enough pilots will have the integrity to vote for what is beneficial for ALL. I am a senior line holding CA that voted no. I would have voted yes (because it was a pay increase for me) but unfortunately it did nothing for those under me, i.e. Reserves and FO's. Maybe it was the way I was raised, but if you're not looking out for those with less, you're doing something wrong. Please don't vote just for yourself or you'll end up with the same result as we are in now.
