You're right I haven't....unless you count the 2 tours I did in Afghanistan, the six months I spend in Saudi Arabia, and the 8 months in East Timor. And although I wouldn't consider it "third world" I also spent some time traveling for leisure through most of South America and Europe.

So if you don't count any of that..you're right! I don't know what I'm talking about and Mesa is the cat's meow!!
