Thanks in advance...I have one coming up and the wife was asking me these questions...trying to manage future expectations.
From what I have heard from a few bros that have recently been hired.. CJO comes very soon after the conclusion of the interview process. Usually within 24 hours.
Metric for seniority is last four of Social.. the higher the number the more senior within your class.
