Concur. The official policy is apps are scored once per year. Some may get scored more often, but that's not the official policy, heard directly from the mouth of AK's boss, and confirmed by others earlier in this thread.
The take away is: make sure your app is perfect before pulling the trigger on your internal rec (via internal email to the pilot hiring department.)
