All correct. Something additional for this group (i.e., incoming new hires looking to swap bases, NOT equipment) to keep in mind is that since this type of move by definition requires no training, the conversions typically (not always) happen early in the window. These no-training conversions are the only ones that can happen in the first month in any case....
