Assuming that one has an opportunity for both and that person does not plan to live in either's domicile for the forseeable future, i'd would appreciate other's perspectives on why one over the other.

A couple of personal thoughts include that Spirit offers a better qol and better pay, but may be tightening the belt a bit. Besides Frontier's limitations, with much growth on the horizon now may be the time to get in.
