Agreed the crews are great. Gate agents not so much. I commute DFW-LGA. Stripped of roller board nearly 90% of time by the gate. I deliberately travel as light as possible- roller and a small electronic flight bag case; they still give me the stink eye when it comes to bags. If AA arrival at DFW goes to C gates, there's no employee shuttle to parking from there. So I have to wait 45 min at baggage claim, go back through security and get the air train to another terminal for an employee bus. Or, wait for a terminal to terminal bus, then get the employee shuttle. I get it. I commute. But a simple act of getting that bag on would save a ton of time.
