I couldn't agree more! I should have used past tense. Allegiant was once a decent place to work, with good schedules, a great ops LEADER (JC) and the ability to be home every night watching the kids grow up. It all changed when the real face of management surfaced and their team of ruthless accountants rolled in. A punitive scheduling system, deteriorating pay, no support, management reprisals, certificate action, the works.
Apologies to those airlines I insulted, there are no comparables to Allegiant.
