I agree that there are issues, but the QOL that I have experienced here in the short time I been here is by far the best I have had in this industry. I do live in base and have not been tdy'd yet. Now the Mx concerns are real especially on the 80, and must be addressed before a catastrophe occurs. But I think if we stick together we can really turn this place into a good career destination.
Big part of your experience difference here is due to being on the Bus. Two different airlines for the most part from everyone I've talked to that has switched over.
