Absolutely, but to say that it's falling apart is simply not accurate. You do get to sleep in your own bed and have good qol if you live in the right base. If you plan on commuting, bad choice, go to JB or any other ULCC.

I agree that there are issues, but the QOL that I have experienced here in the short time I been here is by far the best I have had in this industry. I do live in base and have not been tdy'd yet. Now the Mx concerns are real especially on the 80, and must be addressed before a catastrophe occurs. But I think if we stick together we can really turn this place into a good career destination.
ALGT management must love these posts! Management plan: like they did with the flight attendants, flood the ranks with happy new faces, fresh from regional treatment, home every night, big jets, then sprinkle a few bucks in there and those unsuspecting rookies will sign a contract that is as 'different' as Allegiant. For the sake of the profession, we are all counting on you guys to prove them wrong.

others aren't so lucky when the time comes to
stick together.
PS. Presidents, SVPs, VPs and employees from every group leaving in droves, maintenance horror stories, unhappy pilots voting for a strike, stock down 40%, I don't work there, but from here it kinda looks like it is falling apart.
