I do agree that not everyone here has had the positive experience I have had so far, which is why I pointed out some issues and stated that we all have to stick together. Most guys that I have met coming through training have been abused at the regionals for years, yet we have the utmost respect for the guys who have been here long and have no intention of lowering the standards. I was just stating the truth, we simply cannot ignore the fact that our life has improved substantially since leaving our last job. I do hope we can reach a fair deal that rewards the guys who have been here for years, and makes it a career destination for us newbies.
