Instead, this recommendation will trigger an internal process whereby our Pilot Selection Team will pull the online application for a review, score the application and then determine if the candidate meets the scoring minimums to be offered an interview. When you email the recommendation, expect the following to occur.

How do you take that to mean an app is only scored once in 12 months? So an applicant with 5 solid internal recs only gets credit for one if they are submitted in the same 12 month period? I'm sorry but that doesn't pass the smell test. This is directly from DeltaNet. Unless it's grossly outdated (highly doubtful) this is pretty set in stone.

So, I stand by my contention that each internal rec generates a review.

Additionally, and maybe this is where the confusion lies, a Delta pilot can only recommend the same candidate once in 12 months. Again, according to the same website on DeltaNet.
Not to sound like the crusty old dude on here, but you're gonna find out that what the company puts out on DLnet, and what management really means isn't always the same thing. It's not intentional, but it happens none the less. Plus, it's good to keep in the back of your mind, "If their lips are moving, they're lying." Remember that, and you won't drown in the koolaid.
