ANY input would be most welcome. I'm giving up great seniority and job security at my regional to make this move to Atlas. I'd hate to jeopardize what I've got.
Just my opinion, as in waiting for class as well, Southern's pilot group is significantly smaller and they are having trouble finding pilots. I don't think they are an immediate threat to your job. Who knows how the whole thing will pan out, but it's going to take a little bit.
I think it's more about getting a 777 program.
