I'm getting ready to send my apps out for my first regional job. The good news is I would have several solid recommendations; the bad news is that with the exception of one, they're all at the majors. The one regional recommendation I have is a senior captain at XJT, which is my 4th choice carrier. Is it even worth it to include recs from non-employees?
