Yeah, that's kind of what I figured. Mostly cluelessness with a few vindictive people in leadership positions. In my AF career, the average guy tended to usually trust up to the SQ CC, beyond that, eh, not so much. Had a few great OG CC and Wing commanders. Had a few awesome SQ CCs. Where it reeeeally gets screwed up is above the Wing CCs. I guess pinning on a star does something to your brain's common sense function.
