It takes a few days after the drop to get all that planned out because the the class drop is fluid up until it's revealed to the class. For my class over a year ago, we got the training schedules late in the first week or early the second week. As far as guesses as to how long you'll have off after indoc, I'd say at least a week or two since the systems studying is done at home. The more senior you are, generally the less time you'll have off. Their thinking is that the senior people would rather finish earlier and get off training pay faster.
