While the flowing is great for those that do, still have seen next to no movement on the list - last vacancy bid was in August for a total of 10 CA vacancies which yielded 7 net upgrades. The potential is there. But as it stands right now, it is that - potential.
You will see more vacancy bids this year. One way or another a large chunk of Captains will be gone by year's end. As of right now the company prefers smaller vacancy bids spread throughout the year rather than a couple of large ones.
