When/If you went to college, would you not have jumped all over an opportunity to have a guaranteed job, travel benefits, a signing bonus, and a sure shot at a good flying job at Envoy than later a legacy job at AA? Sounds like a slam dunk to me. Envoy is not perfect, but should definitely be high on the list for prospective new hires and commercial pilots
One would think since all these factors have been in place for a year or more now, Envoy would be attracting more pilots then any other regional.
