I have been here since early 2011 and have seen this place go down hill ever since as far as a decent place to work. It is definitely not the same company I came to work for five years ago. It is extremely disappointing and discouraging to see what this place has and continues to turn into. Our pay and the Spirit brand is an embarrassment. I had hoped I wouldn't have to, but I think it is time to start looking elsewhere.
